The Interview Experience
The husband has experienced one of the most modern ways of job application and hiring. Here in the United States, conference calling services are so common in companies especially universities. When the husband first applied for Professorship position, the process by which universities interview him is through phone via conference calling especially when interviewers are in group. I thought how tenseful it must be! I am so proud of my husband for conquering all those and more. It’s been over two years since he became a full-time Assistant Professor here at UWSP and despite the challenges, I can see fulfillment in him every time he tells me how he was able to help his students make it to success!
